Mirador del Cerro Negro began with a simple idea: to offer the apartment just as we would hope to find it ourselves.
We take particular care in preparing every stay, from cleanliness and order to the small details that make arriving easier. We want you to find a pleasant, well-equipped place that is ready for you, so you can spend your time on what matters: relaxing, enjoying Las Negras and discovering Cabo de Gata.
The apartment
A comfortable, practical apartment for up to four guests, with everything you need to enjoy Las Negras and feel at home from the first day.

A place to share the moments that make a stay: breakfast before heading down to the beach, a rest after a day exploring Cabo de Gata or a quiet end to the evening at home. The living room has a sofa, dining table for four, 55-inch Smart TV and air conditioning, alongside an integrated kitchen equipped for everyday use.
A peaceful bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe storage, bedside tables and a ceiling fan.
Two 90 cm single beds make this room especially practical for children, friends or guests who prefer separate beds. It also has a wardrobe and central bedside table.
A renovated bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet, storage, hairdryer and dispensers for shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

Before every stay, we check the apartment with particular care so that you find it clean, tidy and ready to use.
Bed linen and towels, bathroom, kitchen, crockery and equipment: we make sure everything is in its place so you can settle in and start enjoying your stay straight away.

We want the important details to be clear before you get in touch.
The apartment is on the second floor and the building does not have a lift. Access is by stairs.
The apartment does not have a private parking space. There are several free public parking areas nearby where it is usually possible to park.
Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is before 11 am. When occupancy and the preparation of the apartment allow, we will try to be flexible with these times if arranged in advance.
Maximum 4 guests.
Pets are not allowed.
Please keep noise to a minimum between midnight and 8 am.
Smoking, parties and events are not permitted.

Las Negras
Mirador del Cerro Negro is in Las Negras, around 50 metres from the beach, with views of the sea and Cerro Negro. Its location lets you enjoy the village on foot and puts the Mediterranean almost on your doorstep.
Las Negras is also an excellent base for exploring Cabo de Gata - Níjar, but it is just as tempting to stay close by: walk down to the beach, wander through the village, stop for a drink by the sea or simply enjoy the area’s unhurried pace.
